The customer tasked us with developing a cutting-edge application and intermediary website that allows private aircraft owners to rent out their planes on an hourly basis, following the car-sharing model. 3D Printing Cost Estimation and OnDemand Manufacturing
The customer engaged us to build a cutting-edge website that streamlines the ordering process for 3D printed parts across multiple advanced technologies, including PolyJet, FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, and DMLS. The platform automates file preparation, cost estimation, and seamless collaboration between the customer and engineers, enabling real-time customization and accelerating order placement for a more efficient and responsive experience.
Digital Connected Cross-Platform Customer Experience
The customer engaged us to create a connected customer experience for Calvin Klein, one of the most iconic and recognizable apparel brands in the U.S. We developed a sophisticated, multi-dimensional analytics platform that tracks and analyzes critical business data, including sales, taxes, stock levels, store traffic, return and exchange rates, warehouse attrition, damages, and customer segmentation. By collecting and analyzing customer behavior across the website, third-party online retailers, and physical stores, we built advanced models to optimize purchase orders, promotions, and sell-through rates. Additionally, we integrated a comprehensive warehouse management system (Geodis) and enabled seamless connections with major shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS), streamlining operations and improving efficiency across the entire supply chain.
Creation of a new order management and product distribution portal
The customer engaged us to completely redesign their portal, modernize their databases, and optimize their calculation methods for 3D printing of plastic parts. The new platform seamlessly processes orders, calculates printing and delivery costs, and facilitates collaboration between engineers, customers, and suppliers. Utilizing advanced 3D printing technologies like Injection Molding and Export Mold, the solution enhances efficiency, streamlines operations, and delivers an exceptional user experience.
